by commissioning me you agree to the terms below

• 1. general information

• services are not first come, first serve

• all commissions are requested via google form only

• After reviewing your commission request, if accepted, I will

◦ Once you accept this and pay the provided invoice your commission will be added to my queue!

• Your commission request should contain all information pertaining to your commission

- Contact & Communication

• You may choose your preferred method of communication when filling out the comm request form

◦ I will contact you on your chosen platform using the information you provide

◦ This is where ill update you regarding your commission

• I’m available Monday - Friday! I do not respond to business related messages on scheduled days off

- Turnaround / Completion time

• 2 weeks up to 3 months, depending on the commission's complexity and queue list / schedule

• Please be patient, I'll do my best to complete your commission on time and leave you happy and satisfied with my work!

- Revisions and edits

• Updating or changing references is allowed during the sketching phase

• Wips of every stage of the commission will be sent, at which point you can request edits

◦ If you would like multiple edits please include all of them in one message

◦ Major changes will cost an extra fee

◦ Any mistakes made by me will be fixed for free

• Major changes are NOT allowed in the final phase

• 2. Payments

• All prices are listed in USD

• Payment is done through PayPal invoices or Kofi

• Commission prices are subject to change over time and may vary due to order complexity.

• Payments are made in full unless a payment plan has been discussed

◦ Orders priced at $120 or above qualify for a payment plan

◦ You must pay the full amount before receiving the final product

• Commissions will not be started until full payment has been received

- Cancellation & refund policy

• I reserve the right to deny any commission request with no justification

• I do not offer refunds. The exception to this is, if I've missed the final deadline or fail to deliver your commission due to my own negligence.

◦ In this case you will be refunded the appropiate amount based on the work already completed

◦ You will receive the commission in its current, unfinished state.

• do not issue a chargeback. You may request a refund and cancel the commission if I take more than 3 months without significant progress past the sketching phase.

• Once the final product is sent, a refund is not permitted

• 3. Character designs and adoptables

• you may credit me as the designer on toyhou.se and other platforms

• Changes to the design are permitted so long as I receive proper credit

• If you're re-selling a design of mine please tag me so I can help you promote them and increase your chances of selling

• unless you have personal or paid commissioned art of the design that could increase their worth, you may not sell a design for more than its original value

◦ no added art value: resell at original price

◦ added art value: resell at total value (original price + art)

• things that dont count towards character worth: gifts, raffle prizes, art trades or art fight attacks.

• 4. Copyright & usage policy

• I retain all copyright to the commissioned artwork. This includes but is not limited to: posting the art on my social media platforms, using it in my portfolio, and for promotional purposes.

◦ this includes commercial use, such as prints or other merchandise

• I also reserve the right to record and upload videos of the creation of the artwork

• You have ownership of the artwork. Personal use of received art is very much appreciated and encouraged

• My watermark should remain intact

• the commissioned artwork should not be altered or edited without permission.

• clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use their commissioned art as Non-fungible tokens. Use of my artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs, blockchains, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

- Commercial use

• For commercial commissions please contact me to discuss pricing

• commercial use involves any project than can generate income or is linked to financial gain. This includes using the artwork for branding, marketing, or on a monetized platform like twitch and youtube.

• Proper credit is also required for commercial use
